I am not in this body. This body is in me, to be of use as my holy altar for a definite amount of time in the midst of eternity. It is a temporary tool, animated by spirit, used for the purpose of altering this physical reality by reaching into it. Reaching down only to lift up. This body is fully me if I let it be, but I am not it.
