I’m Rebecka.
I create content, courses, meditations and art.

In my thirteen years experience with meditation I began by being self-taught and have since explored different meditation techniques and teachings. I have held group meditations and created guided meditations for seven years.
I have a Diploma in Hypnotherapy. The hypnotherapy I do is a type of deep guided meditation and I use these techniques to create the meditations I record.
My work reflects my interests in mysticism, psychology, mythology and social issues and seeing the connections between these. I also create intuitive art portraits.
I grew up in Sweden and now live there but I have lived most of my adult life in London, UK.
I have a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology & Politics, a Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Reiki Level 1 and 2.
Is this course only for those who have a spiritual practice or belief?
No. This course does not follow any particular belief system or dogma. It helps you to find your inner peace and guidance regardless of what beliefs you have or don’t have.

This is more than a meditation course. It’s a deepening into your inner peace and guidance. Meditation is only a part of it. In fact, if you already have a practice, you may be able to relate more easily to some of the principles brought up.
I’ve tried meditation and other practices but I just don’t think I’m good at it. Can this course help?
Yes. Through guided meditations and other tools, you will have the opportunity to develop your own practices, without having to stick to one particular technique.
