I'm Rebecka,

I empower women by helping you connect to your inner peace, clarity and guidance through meditation and other principles and practices that I have learnt through my own experience.

I have twelve years experience with meditation and have held group meditations and created guided meditations for six years. I began by being self-taught and have since explored different meditation techniques and teachings.

I have a Diploma in Hypnotherapy. The hypnotherapy I do is a type of deep guided meditation and I use these techniques to create the meditations I record.

One teaching that has impacted me the most is A Course in Miracles that I found in 2014. It’s a self-study course in spiritual psychotherapy and it seeks to undo our limited perception to uncover a world beyond the physical, where love and inner peace is the only true reality. This is at the core of mysticism.

My writing and videos reflect my interest in mysticism, psychology, sociology, mythology and divine feminine spirituality and seeing the connections between these.

I grew up in Sweden and now live there but I have lived most of my adult life in London, UK.
